Unofficial Running Club

No noise. No egos. No exposure. Just running.

We're not a club.
We just run together.

The Unofficial Running Club has no committee, no membership fee, and no finish-line photographer chasing a hashtag. It started with a few people meeting on a street corner at an unreasonable hour, and it mostly still is exactly that.

You don't sign up. You show up. You run. You leave the ego at home with your excuses.

  1. 01

    Run together

The pace is whoever showed up. Nobody gets dropped, nobody gets a medal.

  2. 02

    Stay unofficial

No sponsorship obligations, no ambassadors, no content calendar. Word of mouth only.

  3. 03

    Keep it quiet

What happens on the long run stays on the long run. Probably a bad idea. Definitely happening.

We don't race much. When we do, we go big and tell almost nobody.

The Speed Project

Unsanctioned with no official route, no spectators, no rules — just a team, a van, and a lot of miles of desert in between. It's the one we're pointing everything at.

London Marathon
2027.

One of the crew is chasing his own line. Alex — also known as chubby.run — is training for the TCS London Marathon 2027 and logging every session to a live dashboard: pace, elevation, weekly load, and a finish-time projection that updates itself as the numbers come in.

No forms.
Just show up.

There's no link to join. If you know someone who runs with us, ask them where and when. If you don't — we're not hard to find. We're just not loud about it.
